Yvon Building Supply takes workplace safety seriously and adhere to rigid health and safety guidelines since the opening of the business. We have a full-time health and safety representative that is dedicated to making sure all safety standards are maintained at all times. By committing to these guidelines, we are able to eliminate workplace accidents and guarantee that all deliveries are completed on-time and without any undesirable damages. All of our workers are required to complete their Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System certification (WHMIS) and are regularly trained with updated knowledge. Additionally, our employees hold the “working at heights” and the “working in confined spaces” certificates. This means that we are able to deliver to high-rise apartments, ongoing construction sites, or other unconventional locations with such expertise and know-how. We also hold a weekly safety board meeting with our staff members to discuss any potential hazards and go over any health and safety issues.
